Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead auditor for internal audits and primary focal for the 3rd party AS9100 and customer audits
- →Quality Engineer for Illumination Products
- →Provides a strong Quality Engineering contribution to project design teams
- →Reads and interprets drawings and technical documents, develops and assesses corrective and preventive actions and ensures contract quality requirements are flowed down and adhered to.
- →Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective
- →Performs benchmarking and other forms of advanced analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.
- →Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.
- →Leads various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs. Develops and selects methods for analysis, testing and audit to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- 5+ years of experience with quality inspection and/or auditing
- 5+ years of experience with root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) methods
- 5+ years of experience working with Non-conformance (NCR) processes
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with internal and external customers, regulators and 3rd party auditors.
- Experience in FAA part 145 Repair Station requirements.
- Certified AS9100 Lead Auditor
Position may require travel up to 5% of the time.

Summary pay range:
$130,900 - $177,100
