Systems Engineer (Lead or Experienced)

• →Lead cross-functional engineering teams in developing systems to meet project/program commitments, including support of deliveries and customer reviews
• →Leverage Systems Engineering experience to implement, maintain, and refine the systems engineering approach for software development.
• →Perform activities such as software data item reviews, JIRA administration, sprint planning, and overall integration of the software development effort.
• →Support planning and execution of software configuration and data management processes
• →Support the program in implementing MBSE as part of digital engineering to meet customer expectations 
• →Apply interdisciplinary, collaborative approaches to plan, design, develop and verify complex systems solutions

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
• 4+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
• 3+ years of systems engineering experience involving system architecture development, including system requirements, functional decomposition and allocation, integrated design, analysis, and verification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability and desire to work in a team environment

• Level 4: 7+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, such as CAMEO or similar Systems Modeling Language (SysML)-compatible tool for systems architecture and model development.
• Experience across technical domains and life cycle phases
• Experience or familiarity with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) software build pipeline techniques and software factories such as DevOps & DevSecOps
• Experience or familiarity with industry tools or development techniques such as: Jira, Gitlab, Ansible, and Artifactory

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

(Experienced, Level 3): $112,200 – $151,800

(Lead, Level 4): $136,850 – $185,150
