Currently hold an active U.S. Top Security Clearance
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
Level 3: 5 or more years' related work experience
Level 4: 9 or more years' related work experience

Experience in equipment support, maintenance engineering, repair management, or technical operations.
Demonstrated ability to work with suppliers and cross-functional teams. Experience developing technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage technical issues, risks, and competing priorities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with equipment sustainment, depot/field support, or lifecycle maintenance.
Experience leading technical interchange meetings with suppliers or customers.
Familiarity with root cause analysis, corrective action processes, and reliability improvement methods.
Understanding configuration management, technical data, and maintenance documentation practices.
Experience supporting mechanical systems, assemblies, or ground/support equipment.
Proven ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
