Responsibilities:
Serve as a senior client-facing leader responsible for the successful delivery of ERP implementations, with a focus on NetSuite and Workday solutions.
Lead and direct cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; proactively track availability and optimize utilization across engagements.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks by implementing effective risk management plans and escalation strategies.
Drive project governance, including status reporting, KPI tracking, and executive-level communication on project health and outcomes.
Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to guide clients through complex ERP implementations and business transformation initiatives.
Act as a Solution Architect on select engagements, leading solution design for NetSuite and Workday implementations, ensuring alignment to client business requirements and best practices.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define end-to-end system architecture, including integrations, data strategy, and configuration decisions across NetSuite and Workday platforms.
Provide strategic guidance on system design trade-offs, scalability, and long-term maintainability of ERP solutions.
Champion a client-first mindset, using expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to deliver measurable value and positive outcomes.
Promote and model BPM’s values, including supporting remote-first operations, leveraging digital collaboration tools, and contributing to sustainable workplace practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related field.
7+ years of experience in ERP consulting and project management, with demonstrated experience leading implementations for NetSuite and/or Workday.
Proven experience managing complex, full lifecycle ERP implementations in a consulting environment.
Strong project management expertise, including development of work breakdown structures, project plans, and resource forecasting (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
Deep understanding of ERP ecosystems, including data migrations, integrations, reporting, and system customizations.
Experience contributing to or leading solution architecture for ERP implementations, including translating business requirements into scalable system designs across NetSuite and/or Workday.
Experience leading large, distributed teams across multiple concurrent engagements.
Excellent client management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification and/or MBA.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Workday implementations, including design, configuration, and deployment.
Experience across key business domains such as finance, accounting, HR, or operations.
Background in SaaS/Cloud-based environments (ASP/SaaS).
Strong understanding of financial systems, customer management, and business process transformation.
