Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and vendor coordination
- →Coach and support the office and maintenance teams while building a positive, accountable workplace
- →Maintain compliance with HUD and other applicable affordable housing requirements
- →Oversee certifications, recertifications, resident files, audits, and property inspections
- →Monitor occupancy, rent collections, expenses, work orders, and unit turns
- →Respond to resident concerns fairly, professionally, and consistently
- →Review property performance and partner with leadership to address challenges and identify improvements
- At least two years of property management experience
- Experience leading an on-site property team
- Affordable housing experience, including HUD, Section 8, or LIHTC required
- Working knowledge of property financials, budgets, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Yardi or a similar property management system is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
