Residential Property Manager

Due to our rapid growth and expansion Brady Sullivan Properties is recruiting for a full-time, experienced Residential Property Manager for a property in Dover, NH

The Property Manager's primary responsibilities are the operational and financial aspects of the property and meeting company goals in those areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, including:
  • Marketing and leasing
  • Resident relations
  • Maintenance coordination
• Maximize occupancy by:
  • Responding to inquiries and phone calls
  • Qualifying prospective residents
  • Showing and leasing apartments
  • Preparing lease documents and move-in paperwork
• Create and execute resident retention and leasing strategies
• Manage:
  • Rent collections
  • Capital improvement projects
  • Reporting and compliance requirements
• Ensure operations comply with applicable laws and company policies

• 2–5 years of on-site residential property management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to work weekends
