Looking for a LAN - Wireless Network Engineer fully remote anywhere in Romania.
  • Design, implement, and support LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless network solutions
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, cloud, and infrastructure
  • Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives
  • Maintain documentation for network configurations, diagrams, and operational procedures
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific security and regulatory standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and stakeholders
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering or support roles
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, etc.)
  • Experience with network hardware (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark)
  • Ability to work with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
