Role Purpose To provide essential coordination and logistical support that ensures the smooth running of our teaching operations. The role also manages key procurement and finance tasks, including purchasing, budget support, and accurate financial administration. Main accountabilities This role supports high‑quality delivery of teaching operations by providing essential administrative, logistical, and customer services. Key responsibilities include managing student registration and re‑registration processes, maintaining accurate customer and financial records, preparing routine documentation, and conducting basic data review to support process improvements. The role also ensures that teaching activities and events are well‑organised, with all required equipment and materials ready for use in line with corporate procedures. You will act as a key contact point for customer enquiries, responding promptly and professionally while identifying issues that require escalation. The role involves proactively highlighting potential disruptions—such as complaints, resourcing challenges, or technical issues—and working closely with colleagues and external suppliers to ensure smooth coordination of services. Building effective working relationships across teams is essential for resolving issues efficiently and maintaining a positive customer experience. In addition, the role requires adherence to all relevant risk, compliance, and security procedures, including child protection, financial protocols, and data-handling standards. You will monitor small-scale resources, support procurement processes, and plan your own workload effectively, while also coordinating and overseeing tasks carried out by others to ensure timely and high‑quality service delivery.
