Role Purpose & Accountabilities: We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to lead our country teaching operations. In this pivotal role, you will control costs, manage indirect expenses, and drive process improvements to enhance our margins. You will be responsible for the effective management of the teaching operations team, ensuring all activities align with regional strategies and budgetary requirements. Your primary focus will be the end-to-end oversight of operational planning, logistics, and capacity management. You will translate regional strategies into actionable plans, implement standardised procedures, and ensure high-quality service delivery. You will also manage academic processes, student administration, and teacher utilisation while maintaining rigorous compliance with risk management and safeguarding protocols. Success in this role requires strong financial acumen, as you will oversee student financial data, payroll for freelance staff, and inventory management. You will act as a key relationship manager, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service standards. We are looking for a leader who can motivate a team, analyse performance data to drive improvements, and ensure our teaching centres operate efficiently and effectively. Role specific skills, knowledge and experience: Essential • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (CEFR B2 minimum / IELTS Band 6.5 minimum) • University degree or equivalent in a relevant subject or discipline • Experience of operations management with exposure to streamlining operations. • Experience of cost management. • Experience of successfully delivery of business process improvement. Desirable • Local language knowledge • Experience of working as part of a dispersed team • Experience of implementing change. • Experience of operations within teaching delivery Benefits • 22 days of Annual Leave • Annual Discretionary Bonus • Non-consolidated bonus • Medical Insurance Coverage with Corporate Medical Excess Claim Coverage: \- OPD up to THB 2,000 per day (30 times per year) \- IPD up to THB 5,000 per day. \- Emergency and Accident will be covered 24 hours.
