Options Process Analyst is responsible for supporting and improving the operational processes related to listed and/or options products. This role ensures accurate trade capture, lifecycle event processing, reconciliations, reporting, and regulatory compliance. The analyst works closely with trading desks, middle office, risk, technology, and external counterparties to resolve breaks, enhance workflows, and maintain efficient options operations. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in options operations, trade support, middle office, or a related financial services role, with exposure to listed and/or options products preferred. Responsibilities include monitoring and supporting end-to-end processing of options transactions, including trade capture and reconciliation, reviewing daily options activity to identify discrepancies, exceptions, and operational risks, investigating and resolving trade breaks, cash/position discrepancies, and lifecycle event issues, and coordinating with brokers, clearing firms, and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
