Maintenance Manager

• →Develop and manage proactive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
• →Supervise, train, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians.
• →Oversee and assist with troubleshooting and repairing complex foundry equipment.
• →Enforce and monitor all safety regulations and company standards during maintenance activities.
• →Track and manage the department's budget and inventory of parts and supplies.

• Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing or foundry environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions quickly and effectively.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
