CEB X Travel Consultant (late shift)

We are currently seeking experienced Travel Consultants to join our team and we are looking for our Travel Support professionals to provide an exceptional customer experience.

ROLE:
Your role will involve assisting and offering support to our clients as they prepare to embark on their journeys around the world.
Travel Sales Consultant is responsible for helping the Business Travel Group identify sales opportunities, develop sales strategies, and build and maintain strong relationships with potential, current, and repeat clients are key aspects of the role.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend to client inquiries regarding available travel options and pricing;
• Facilitating and generating sales by promoting travel products and services to clients:
• Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals;
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to assist clients effectively and answer questions confidently;
• Organize and maintain accurate flight preferences and booking information, while ensuring data accuracy throughout the entire process;
• Providing extended service by ensuring clients are happy and satisfied with our services from start to finish, ensuring long-term cooperation via excellent client service and problem-resolution skills;
• Meet profit and sales targets;
• Other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in English;
• Exceptional customer service skills;
• Ability to work independently with great attention to detail;
• Ability to work onsite (evening shift);
• Travel experience is a plus but not required.
