Customers who book tickets on our website ,  making actual bookings, not just submitting leads. Once we receive a booking, our team of experts reviews the best way to issue it. If they identify a more profitable option for the company, they propose this alternative to the customer. 

The agent then contacts the customer to offer the new option—often in exchange for a discount or another benefit. This is how they earn their GP.

It’s also important to note that, in many cases, the bookings displayed online may no longer be available. When this happens, we have to work with a customer who may already be disappointed that their original selection isn’t available. We do our best to offer an alternative at the same price, though that’s not always possible. Any GP generated from the final booking goes to the agent’s pool.

In addition to processing bookings, we also handle incoming calls, chats, and emails—that's the core of our operation.
