Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, you will become a trusted travel advisor for our customers by providing personalized solutions and exceptional service throughout the sales journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Consulting clients and identifying their travel needs;

  • Building long-term relationships that generate repeat business;

  • Presenting the most suitable travel solutions while maximizing value for the customer;

  • Managing the entire sales cycle - from first contact to successful booking;

  • Handling objections professionally and confidently;

  • Following up with clients in a timely manner to maximize conversion;

  • Working with CRM and internal systems to maintain accurate customer information;

  • Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve customer experience;

  • Achieving individual and team sales targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

You are likely a great fit if you have:

  • Excellent spoken and written English;

  • Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management;

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;

  • Confidence when speaking with clients over the phone;

  • A positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset;

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment;

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

  • Experience in the travel industry;

  • Experience working with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.);

  • Proven record of consistently exceeding sales targets;

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or another related field;

  • Experience selling premium or high-value services.
