Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform workstation installation, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting
- →Maintain NIPR system compliance and patch status
- →Provide user support and resolve hardware/software issues
- →Manage and track IT equipment inventory in accordance with Air Force property accountability requirements
- →Maintain accurate asset records, transfers, and turn-ins
- →Support cybersecurity compliance activities and IA posture requirements
- →Coordinate with base communications and cybersecurity personnel as required
- →Maintain documentation in accordance with contract and Air Force standards
Requirements
~1 min read- Active, in-scope Secret clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- CompTIA Security+ CE (current and compliant)
- Experience supporting DoD IT environments
- Experience with IT asset management or equipment custodian duties
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and enterprise IT environments
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
Requirements

- Experience with Air Force IT/property systems
- Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance processes
- High School Diploma or GED is required
