The Lead Renewal Specialist serves as the team lead for Lexia's Renewal Specialists supporting the end-to-end renewal process for our preK–12 schools and districts literacy curriculum software. This role carries its own book of renewal business while mentoring, training, and guiding a select group of Renewal Specialists in their day-to-day work. The Lead Renewal Specialist helps protect recurring revenue, strengthens the consistency and quality of the renewal process across the team, and partners with Sales leadership on renewal strategy. Success will be measured by individual and team renewal attainment, forecasting accuracy, and the ramp and performance of the Renewal Specialists they support.

  • Use Salesforce CRM to track the renewal pipeline, update forecasts, and maintain account accuracy
