AI Architect

As an AI Architect you will define scalable and resilient AI agent architectures while establishing reusable patterns, components, and frameworks to support consistent and efficient development.

• →Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant agentic architectures.
• →Develop and maintain traceability, monitoring, and evaluation mechanisms for AI systems.
• →Implement guardrails and security measures to ensure safe and compliant AI usage.
• →Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search frameworks.
• →Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• →Evaluate the feasibility, practicality, and risks associated with AI architectures and workflows.
  

• Deep understanding of agentic architectural patterns and their practical applications in technology and finance.
• Proficiency in agentic orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph or similar).
• Hands-on expertise in Python, with knowledge of both API-first development practices and traditional service-based architecture.
• Experience with traceability, monitoring, and evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and experience designing cloud-based AI solutions.
• Understanding of AI governance principles and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluency in German and English
