Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- →Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and IT teams
- →Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams
- →Support end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through implementation
- →Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE)
- →Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PSD2, AML, Basel)
- →Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect management
- →Support change management activities, including documentation and training materials
- →Monitor project progress and assist in risk and issue management
- →Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communication
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulations
- Experience working on regulatory, risk, or digital transformation projects
- Ability to bridge business and IT stakeholders effectively
- Knowledge of requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to Have
