Business Analyst – Cyber Security (Privileged Access Management)

• →Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture, analyze, and document current and future state Privileged Access Management processes and business requirements
• →Develop high-quality business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation to support solution delivery
• →Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to support application onboarding, solution design, and implementation activities
• →Coordinate testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support successful deployment and business adoption of PAM capabilities
• →Produce clear project deliverables, status reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally supporting cybersecurity, identity management, or enterprise technology initiatives
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and data requirements while managing stakeholder expectations
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage business and technical audiences
• Experience supporting Agile project delivery and working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience supporting Privileged Access Management initiatives, including business process analysis, application onboarding, testing coordination, and organizational adoption

• Experience supporting CyberArk or other Privileged Access Management platforms
• Familiarity with privileged account discovery, credential vaulting, Privileged Session Management (PSM), least privilege, just-in-time access, service accounts, and privileged access governance
• Experience supporting cybersecurity transformation or enterprise identity initiatives within financial services or energy organizations
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity governance, or regulatory compliance frameworks
• Experience working within consulting or client-facing delivery environments
