Location: Houston, Texas | Practice Area: Business Consulting | Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and structured analysis to gather requirements
- →Develop business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation
- →Analyze current and future state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- →Support testing, training, and go-live activities to ensure successful implementation
- →Produce high-quality consulting deliverables including reports, presentations, and proposals
- Experience as a Business Analyst within ETRM and power trading environments
- Experience with OpenLink implementation, configuration, and extension
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Technology
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience within a management consulting environment
- Background in energy, utilities, or commodities trading
- Experience supporting testing cycles, training, and production rollout
- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and lifecycle management
- Basic scripting or technical understanding to support system analysis
