Responsibilities

→Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
→Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
→Manage project plans, budgets, resources, and dependencies
→Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, risk, and compliance
→Ensure delivery in line with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, AML, Basel, DORA)
→Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
→Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication (incl. senior management)
→Oversee vendor and third-party delivery where applicable
→Ensure quality assurance, testing readiness, and successful implementation
→Support change management and business adoption activities
→Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with strategic goals

Proven experience as a Project Manager in banking or financial services
Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and regulatory landscape
Experience delivering regulatory, risk, or technology transformation projects
Ability to manage complex, multi-stream projects in a matrix environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence)
