• Minimum age of 16
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred, with private club experience a bonus
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in data entry and reservation systems
• Positive attitude and high energy

• →Warmly greet members and manage pool reservations
• →Ensure accurate reservation management and communication with members
• →Maintain pool equipment and set up poolside amenities
• →Assist members with pool supplies and amenities
• →Maintain cleanliness and safety of pool area and facilities
• →Attend staff meetings and communicate effectively with team members and management
