About Kolomoni Kolomoni Microfinance Institution (Gambia) is a microfinance institution licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of The Gambia. We are a subsidiary of CapitalSage Holdings, a Nigerian-founded conglomerate established in 2014, operating across fintech, agribusiness, FMCG, healthcare and export trading, with a presence in multiple African countries and global markets. We exist for the part of the market formal banking has largely passed over: traders, agents, merchants, MSMEs and ordinary earners who run real economic activity without a bank behind them. We serve them through personal banking and wallets, business banking, corporate and ecosystem payments, agency banking and merchant acceptance — delivered through a growing branch and service-centre network and the field teams behind it. We are in a build phase. The structure, the propositions and the standards are being set now, by the people joining now. What you’ll do Keep the network running across Head Office and every branch: routers, switches, firewalls, access points and VPN. Administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Set up, change and remove user access on approved requests. Run backups, apply patches and keep security controls tight. Give first- and second-level support to staff and fix hardware faults. Set up equipment for new staff and new branches. Keep the IT asset register and documentation current, and manage vendors and internet providers. Requirements A degree or HND in computer science, IT, engineering or a related field. At least 4 years’ hands-on experience across IT support, network administration and system administration. Strong command of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and VLAN, and of Cisco, Juniper or equivalent hardware. Experience administering Active Directory and Microsoft 365. The judgement to work on your own, and the patience to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues. CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+), Microsoft or Cisco CCNA certification, and experience in a multi-branch financial institution, are an advantage.
