Manager, FP&A - Wholesale

• →Oversee all US America Wholesale divisions monthly forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close
• →Analyze sales, margin, and operating expense trends for the Wholesale division
• →Consolidate US and CA Wholesale reporting to review total NA
• →Manage Global Production, Design and Merchandising expenses
• →Partner with divisional president and cross functional business partners to develop financial presentations to the CEO and other senior executives
• →Compile and Review Wholesale reports to prepare for the quarterly earnings release
• →Perform ad hoc projects and scenario analysis for Wholesale executives on an as needed basis
• →Manage and mentor one Financial Analyst

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 7 years’ work experience in a fast-paced environment in an analytical capacity
• Proven leadership ability, as well as strength in building internal partnerships
• Demonstrates flexibility in a fast‑paced environment with evolving needs.
• Critical thinker with the ability to identify process and efficiency improvements
• Strong quantitative, analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and presentation skills; including the ability to provide written and verbal direction effectively
• Project management skills, from initial idea through execution
• Strong Excel skills are a must

• Retail industry experience preferred
• Public company experience preferred
• Experience with licensing accounting a plus
• Experience with Hyperion Planning/Reporting and Essbase a plus
• Organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
• Must be a team player, with the ability to coach and develop
