Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Cardiology

• Cardiology experience preferred — not required
• New NP and PA graduates with genuine interest in cardiovascular medicine welcome
• Strong communicator with a patient-centered, team-oriented approach
• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions in an outpatient clinic setting
• Conduct new patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and ongoing disease management
• Order and interpret EKGs, cardiac monitoring, imaging, stress testing, and lab results
• Develop individualized care plans collaboratively with supervising cardiologists
• Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, lifestyle modifications, and risk reduction
• Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and referring providers
• Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation
