Cloud Delivery Specialist - Business Warehouse on HANA

As a Cloud Delivery Specialist at SAP, you will play a crucial role in maximizing customer success by ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of SAP software solutions, with a focus on Large and Strategic Customers in North America. Your responsibilities include understanding and managing customer landscapes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical guidance and support to customers throughout the entire lifecycle. This customer-facing role involves analyzing technical requirements, presenting technical details, and helping customers create cloud roadmaps. You'll assess security and network requirements, conduct technical and operational reviews, and collaborate on migration roadmaps. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in areas like Computer Science or Engineering, strong communication and presentation skills, and expertise in SAP products, cloud environments, and technical aspects. You should also have 5+ years of customer-facing SAP Technical Consulting experience, SAP BASIS administration experience, and knowledge of IaaS Providers like AWS, MS Azure, or GCP. Proficiency in SAP HANA and S/4 HANA, as well as cloud security and encryption, is advantageous.
