This role involves the responsibility of developing clean and functional code that meets the company's requirements. The main focus of this position is coding to ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and transform them into effective and strategic solutions. The role also includes logging and triaging incidents, providing timely feedback to customers, preparing reports and knowledge articles, fixing reported issues, and supporting application upgrades and patching activities. Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role. Qualifications include a degree in Engineering or Computer Science, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience with ASP.NET, C#, REST API, SQL, and other relevant technologies. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ITIL practices, and data analysis is preferred.
