Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making. Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Assess and manage financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk, and develop risk mitigation strategies. Manage investment portfolios, assess investment opportunities, and provide investment strategies to optimize returns. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. Oversee internal audits and compliance programs. Collaborate with senior management to make strategic financial decisions, such as mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation, and expansion plans. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial assets, optimizing the organization's financial resources and banking relationships. Oversee financial systems and technology, ensuring efficient financial operations and driving process improvements. Develop and implement tax strategies, minimizing tax liabilities and ensuring compliance with tax laws. Manage relationships with investors, prepare financial reports and disclosures, and provide guidance to potential and existing investors. Develop complex financial models to forecast financial outcomes, assess investment opportunities, and evaluate financial scenarios. Oversee capital raising, manage capital structure, and make financing decisions for the organization. Negotiate financial terms and conditions in contracts and agreements with suppliers, clients, and partners. Play a role in the strategic development of the organization, including identifying growth opportunities and assessing potential acquisitions or partnerships. Implement cost-saving strategies, assess cost structures, and optimize operational efficiency. Provide financial education and training to teams and departments to improve financial literacy and understanding. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency enhancements in financial operations. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Leadership and management experience Industry knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
