Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems through phone, email, or in-person communication. Assist with the setup, installation, and maintenance of computer hardware and software. Create and update technical documentation, manuals, and guides for IT systems and processes. Document IT configurations and procedures. Provide training to end-users on IT systems, applications, and best practices. Offer guidance and assistance to improve users' IT proficiency. Support IT projects by performing tasks assigned by project managers or senior team members. Assist with project planning, implementation, and monitoring. Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting, often using tools like Excel. Generate data reports and visualizations for decision-making. Diagnose and resolve technical problems, both hardware and software-related. Escalate complex issues to senior IT professionals when necessary. Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripheral devices. Ensure proper asset allocation and disposal procedures.
