Qualifications/Requirements: An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field of the social sciences, such as political science, public policy, sociology, gender studies, economics, or public administration. 3–7 years of relevant professional experience in gender and inclusion mainstreaming with a track record of policy analysis, advocacy, and strategic planning. Recognized expertise in governance, anti-corruption, gender and inclusion, corruption and discrimination, and inclusive policy analysis. Experience in providing training, capacity building, technical assistance, and quality control to project stakeholders or on applied research projects. Ability to lead efforts in incorporating gender-inclusive and anti-discriminatory approaches into projects and programs.
