The Operations Coordinator will provide a broad range of administrative and operational support for the Center on Extremism and the Center on Technology and Society.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Manage calendars and scheduling for team leadership, including coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation of budget and routing of contracts and agreements; track deadlines and ensure follow-through on signatures and renewals.
- Support the submission and tracking of invoices and payment requests; liaise with internal finance and procurement contacts as needed.
- Track and assist with all operations work related to the Center on Extremism and Center on Technology and Society.
- Maintain organized records for team documentation.
- Assist with database maintenance.
- Help maintain shared drives and organize content across platforms like SharePoint, Notion, and internal team folders.
- Support the collection and compilation of team updates and project metrics for internal reporting.
- Assist in drafting internal documents and slide decks that help summarize team workstreams and outcomes.
