Lead Dining Room Server

NOTE: Flexible schedule required, restuarant experience preferred.

As a key member of our dining team, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• →Providing exceptional customer service with a smile.
• →Setting up dining room tables to create a welcoming ambiance.
• →Serving meals to residents with professionalism and care.
• →Keeping the dining room and kitchen areas clean and organized.
• →Assisting with preparing snacks, desserts, salads, and condiments.
• →Transporting trash and linens to designated disposal areas.
• →Monitoring refrigeration temperatures to ensure food safety.
• →Supporting special events and catering functions.
• →Delivering meals to remote locations as needed.
• →Following and completing daily task checklists.

We’re seeking someone who:

• Experience in a Senior Living Community dining area, serving memory care patients.
• Has experience supervising a team.
• Has a passion for serving others and takes pride in their work.
• Thrives in a team-oriented environment.
• Is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
