In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the AU Country Manager/Co-founder and serve as the driving force behind our outbound market expansion.

  • 3+ years of hunter-profile experience in SMB business development, corporate sales, or outbound partnerships within a fast-paced Fintech, SaaS, or tech startup environment.
  • Proven track record of quota carrying or consistently hitting aggressive targets for net-new partner acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Deep acquisition-based experience unlocking SMB or mid-market customer segments through channels, alliances, and indirect distribution models.
  • An active, established rolodex of contacts across Australia’s SME hubs, accelerators, local Fintech circles, and eCommerce networks to leverage on Day 1.

  • Pipeline Generation & Hunting: Build, manage, and aggressively convert a high-velocity pipeline of prospective partners across Fintech, eCommerce, and tech ecosystems to drive net-new customer acquisition.
  • Partner Acquisition: Source and sign strategic partners capable of delivering a minimum of 15 new customers/month within the first 3 months, scaling rapidly to 60+ new customers/month by month 12, in a true partnership with the sales team who will close the deals.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Structure, negotiate, and execute commercially viable partnership agreements that maximize Sleek’s revenue contribution and market penetration.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to quickly activate newly signed partners, ensuring immediate velocity, performance tracking, and ROI on new alliances.
