Internship Sales, Communication & Marketing (2026-2027)

To lace your academic course with practical experience, BDO offers you the opportunity to become part of our professional digital tribes via an internship. This first practical experience will allow you to get to know the working environment and BDO better. We are looking for an intern helping us to build a sales pipeline and contribute to our marketing plan. Within this opportunity, you end up in our tribe of Digital Advisory. The Digital Advisory department assists the client and relieves the client throughout the entire digital transformation process.

Thanks to our pragmatic approach, we provide our clients with an efficient solution, complete from analysis to implementation. In this way, we grow into an effective and reliable partner for our customers.

As a trainee, you will be fully integrated into our team. Our team consist of very driven, enthusiastic, inquisitive people with a good mix of knowledge/experience with the potential for employee growth. With our broad portfolio of services, we can offer complete solutions to our customers.

Your tasks:

• You will be helping our team in translating our offerings into a sales pipeline and a marketing plan.
• You will shape communication campaigns for our team with the marketing department of BDO. This includes writing articles, structuring LinkedIn presence of the team, gathering data.
• You will be able to propose market insights, research clients, build contact templates...

All that with the guidance of our team members to support you.

• You are fluent in Dutch or French and English, a good understanding of respectively French or Dutch is a plus.
• You are in your final or penultimate year of a bachelor degree (e.g. strategic marketing, communication, business, economics, ...).
• You have strong analytical and abstract thinking skills.
• You are communicative, flexible and results-oriented and aware of the added value of working in a team to achieve maximum results.
• You can work independently and are sufficiently stress-resistant to also find solutions in crisis situations.
• You want to help build a growing and innovative department.
• You have knowledge of market analysis and digital marketing
• You have excellent powerpoint skills
• You are curious to get to know different service offerings and possible customers.

• Internship at a large company with many opportunities for you to grow and learn. 
• Internship in a smaller team at a specific office or in a specific department, where everyone can be themselves. 
• Take on increasing amounts of responsibility as the rest of your team stands by, ready to support you. 
• You will be working in our office in Zaventem
• You can expect to rely on more experienced colleagues to share their knowledge. 
• Internship duration: minimum of 2 month, at least 4 days a week. You can start as soon as possible.
• We require a school contract for this internship (voluntary or study points)
