Prep Cook – Home Clubhouse

As part of Major League Home Clubhouse, the Prep Cook plays a vital role in supporting the daily culinary operations of the Milwaukee Brewers Major League clubhouse. Working under the direction of the Executive Chef, this position assists with food preparation, production, sanitation, receiving, and meal service while helping deliver high-quality nutrition to players, coaches, and staff.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare ingredients and recipes according to standardized production sheets.
• Portion proteins and prepared foods to established specifications.
• Prepare and label food in accordance with Brewers recipes, production standards, and food safety procedures.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, snack, and post-game meal preparation.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of professional culinary experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, commissary, institutional, or athletic foodservice environment preferred, as well as knowledge of food safety and SERV Safe certified is preferred.

As part of the Milwaukee Brewers Culinary Operations Team, you will help prepare high quality nutritional menus for our players and staff. Our main goal is to provide healthy meals that help fuel the team to a World Series Championship.
