Responsibilities

→Greet members
→Check member identification
→Conduct safety clinics
→Assist patrons with rental and retail items
→Assist the Outdoor Center Supervisor enforce policies
→Answer telephone in a prompt and polite manner
→Ability to work with other instructors in a group setting
→Take equipment rental reservations
→Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Basic computer competency.

Interaction with patrons, faculty, staff.

Outdoor environment
Office environment/fitness center environment
Moderate to loud noise

Standing or walking for at least 50% of the work day.
Occasional bending, stooping.
