Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist the Custodial Services Manager in preparing the facility to open Monday - Friday
- →Engage in the care, cleaning, and maintenance of the building by:
- →Cleaning building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming
- →Servicing, cleaning/sanitizing and restocking supplies in restrooms and locker rooms
- →Carrying out weekly/monthly cleaning tasks and special projects to assist the Custodial Services Manager
- →Following cleaning procedures/specifications outlined by OSHA for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- →Assisting with the inspection of facilities daily to identify any maintenance issues, damages, non-routine cleaning needs, or potential concerns/issues/problems
- →Other duties as required
Requirements
~1 min read- Available to work 4 - 8am, Monday - Friday
- Willingness to perform manual labor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate computers for scheduling, email, and data entry/retrieval
- Ability to prioritize
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation
- First Aid, CPR, AED certifications required (training can be provided)
- Ability to lift 20lbs or more on a regular basis
- 4 hours of continous standing and walking
