Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead the development of advanced visual insights and reports for executive presentations and client deliverables.
- Lead presentations and discussions with clients and business leaders, translating technical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and business priorities.
- Anticipate and resolve issues effectively.
- Mentor junior and intermediate team members, providing advanced training sessions and fostering collaboration.
- Contribute to data strategy discussions and the development of key performance metrics.
Requirements
~2 min read- A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- On-the-job training will be provided to help the Senior Analytics Consultant I develop their technical and business skills. Continuous learning and professional development opportunities will be encouraged to keep up with industry trends and advancements.
- Travel only when requested.

- 5-8 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or related fields, with a proven ability to manage teams and deliver impactful insights.
- Experience working with clients and delivering actionable results.
- Project management.
- Apply deep knowledge of the healthcare and affordability industry to contextualize analytics and provide tailored insights.
- Project Management methodologies.
- SQL (Required): Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries to handle complex data manipulation and reporting tasks.
- BI Tool (Required): Create interactive, high-quality dashboards that enable deeper insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Data Visualization (Required): Lead the development of clear, visually compelling insights for executive presentations and client deliverables.
- Statistics (Required): Apply statistical methods (e.g., correlation analysis, variance analysis) to interpret trends and identify actionable insights.
- Python (Plus): May use Python minimally, but focus remains on leveraging SQL and BI tools for analytics delivery.
- Communication (Oral & Written): Ability to listen actively and communicate key issues respectfully. Understand the need to share only relevant information. Ability to adapt to different audiences, ensuring that the message is clearly articulated.
- Technical Knowledge: Uses the technical knowledge and abilities required in the specialist and professional job function to carry out the desired outcomes.
- Accountable: Holds self and others accountable for measurable high-quality, prompt, and cost-effective results.
- Analytical and Logical Reasoning: the use of reasoning and critical thinking to arrive at a root cause and work through a situation or problem. Analyses information to decide and find the most probable cause of the problem. Collects data to extract relevant information to find causes. Is able to rigorously evaluate, interpret, and integrate findings into solutions.
- Service Orientation: anticipate, identify, and address the needs of customers/clients, sometimes before those needs are voiced. Actively looks for ways to help people; ability to be thoughtful, empathetic to the needs of others. Is prompt and courteous in ensuring that the customer's immediate needs or complaints are satisfied. Focuses on improving the level of service provided to external and internal customers.
