As a Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in the research and development of battery technologies that power our devices and drive innovation. In this position, you will work hands-on with various battery technologies, conducting experiments, and analyzing data to improve performance and safety. • →Tests individual components of batteries.
• →Performs weekly quality control tests and documents results.
• →Evaluates battery failures and performs basic repairs.
• →Constructs test samples and executes specialized battery tests including:
  • →Life cycle tests
  • →Explosion tests
  • →Short circuit tests
  • →Float tests
  • →Capacity tests
• →Inscribes, approves, and maintains documentation within the quality management system.
• →Maintains proper hygiene, housekeeping, and safety practices.
• →Ensures consistent production of high-quality products.
• →Performs other duties as assigned by management.

• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Available to work mandatory overtime as required.

• Technical School diploma required
• Bachelor of Science degree preferred

• Ability to read and understand lab procedures
• Capable of reading technical manuals and equipment documentation

• Basic understanding of geometry and algebra

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Familiarity with control programs and databases

• Ability to recognize irregularities and escalate appropriately

• Good understanding of mechanical systems
• Basic electrical knowledge

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to write procedures, technical reports, and project documentation

• Battery testing or production experience
• Quality control experience in a manufacturing or lab environment
