Sales Internship - (Summer 2027)

Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to kickstart your career in sales? East Penn Manufacturing is excited to offer a Sales Internship Program designed to provide rising college seniors with invaluable hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.

As a Sales Intern, you will work alongside seasoned professionals and gain exposure to:

• The full sales cycle and customer relationship management
• Sales strategy development and execution
• Market research and analysis
• Communication and negotiation techniques
• Our extensive product line and customer base in the energy storage and automotive aftermarket industries

You’ll contribute to real projects that drive business results while receiving mentorship and support to help you grow professionally. This internship is ideal for individuals eager to learn, collaborate, and make meaningful contributions.

• On-site experience at our Corporate Headquarters in Lyon Station, PA
• Opportunities to travel within and outside the state (as available)
• Exposure to East Penn’s unique culture, technologies, and customer relationships
• Professional development and networking opportunities
• A strong foundation for future roles such as Sales Representative, Account Manager, or other business functions

Duration: May – August 2027Schedule: Monday through Friday (Full-time, Paid Internship)
