About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Recruiter who is eager to start a career in IT recruiting. In this role, you will work closely with experienced recruiters and account managers, learn the fundamentals of technical recruiting, and build long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
You do not need a technical background – curiosity, communication skills, and the willingness to learn are what matter most.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- →Support the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, and candidate coordination
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- →Learn about IT roles, technologies, and the tech job market through hands-on training
- →Maintain accurate candidate data and documentation in internal systems
- Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with people
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Interest in IT and technology and willingness to learn technical concepts
- Strong relationship-building skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Structured, reliable, and motivated way of working

- →Understand our clients’ business and IT initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments to best match the career goals of consultants with their hiring needs.
- →Negotiate unique compensation packages (wages, benefits, etc.) to attract and hire candidates for our clients’ needs.
- Interest in a performance-based environment including outbound calling.
- Enthusiasm to network and communicate with others.
