*  Provide direct and indirect services to both inpatients and outpatients.

*  Provide crisis intervention services when indicated.

*  Develop and implement discharge plans, follow-up care, and transfers to other health care facilities if necessary.

*  Respond independently, and with various medica, to appropriate military and community requests for lectures and presentations. Take initiative in seeking out opportunities to present programs to meet the needs of services  members and their families.

*  Develop and maintain working relationships with community resources. Coordinate with teachers, lawyers, physicians, and representatives of their service disciplines for the benefit of the service member and their families. Take initiative in identifying and assessing the needs of the military community and organize responses to address those needs.

• Licensure: Possess and maintain a current, valid, unrestricted license or certification to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker 

* Life Support Certification:  Current AHA or ARC BLS Certifications.

* Security:  Must possess ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.
