We are currently seeking a Senior Manager for our Construction Consulting Practice in our offices in Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX and Alexandria, VA. In this role, you will work as part of a dynamic and diverse team advising and assisting utility clients on large and complex projects. We are looking for experienced consultants to lead and further expand our services to utilities, oil and gas, energy, data centers, infrastructure, and transportation. 

• Growing our consulting business with a particular focus on expanding and managing client relationships in the following areas: utilities, oil and gas, energy, data centers, infrastructure, and transportation
• Identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities and promoting Exponent’s service offerings
• Serving as main liaison between clients and Exponent
• Advising and assisting clients in areas of construction disputes and advisory
• Promoting Exponent's expertise by meeting with potential clients, presenting at conferences, writing thought leadership articles and white papers, and conducting seminars
• Managing performance of Exponent’s team and quality of our services and deliverables
• Recruiting, developing, and mentoring staff

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or another relevant field. Advanced degree(s) and registration are desirable
• Minimum 15 years of experience work experience in construction dispute resolution and/or advisory roles
• Significant experience in utilities, oil and gas, energy, data centers, infrastructure, and transportation industries
• Proven business development and client management track record, and the ability to attract projects to support full-time staff
