In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day service operations within specified areas of Dining Services. The Lead Server helps to guarantee the highest quality program for the residents. Supporting our front-line team in providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

→Lead associates in providing the highest quality food and services for all residents and dining guests.
→Ensure the dining room is sanitary, organized, and fully stocked at all
→Ensureservicestationsanddiningroomareproperlysetupandreadypriortoeach
→Provide training to new staff in fine-dining principles, service etiquette, and other dining services
→Verify that all job cards (cleaning lists and side work) are being completed for each
→Assign or complete the closing check-out list at the end of the
→Conduct daily pre-service meeting and documentation for each
→Review daily associate assignments, the menu, food ingredients (gluten-free, allergens, ) and communicate new policies/procedures or other pertinent information to the associates.
→Enforce the uniform policy and temperature-control
→Monitor and document inventory and communicate needs to the rest of the dining services leadership team for ordering purposes.
