Responsibilities

→Complete mechanical, building and grounds maintenance
→Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and painting
→Appliance and equipment repairs
→Technology installations
→HVAC, Small engine repair, and/or welding experience is a plus.
→All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
1-2 years of Maintenance Experience Preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
Trade school and HVAC certification Preferred
Must have clean driving record in order to be insured
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Must enjoy working with the senior population
Great attendance
Must be able to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed
Must be reliable, energetic and self-motivated who truly enjoys working with the senior population
