Supply Chain & Materials Coordinator

Hexagon’s Autonomous Solutions division is looking for a Supply Chain & Materials Coordinator to join our team in Aberdeen. Reporting to the Lead Planner, this role will support the end-to-end flow of materials, from goods receipt and ERP processing through production to final dispatch, ensuring materials and products are accurately controlled and available in a timely manner to support the production plan.

 

• →2+ years’ experience in a supply chain, materials, inventory, logistics, or manufacturing environment, with practical experience using an ERP system.
• →Well-rounded experience demonstrating capability across multiple areas of a supply chain team.
• →Demonstrated ability to work independently to achieve set objectives and deliverables.
• →Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with Kanban, safety stock, manufacturing systems, and purchase orders.
• Knowledge of manufacturing workflows, production orders, bills of materials, and job operations.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and an excellent team player.
