Spa Therapist

Location: Lazure Hotel & Marina, Herceg Novi, Montenegro
Department: Atmosphere SPA & Wellness Center

Lazure Hotel & Marina is looking for a professional and motivated Spa Therapist to join our award-winning spa team. In addition to providing world-class massage and beauty treatments, this role also includes welcoming guests at the spa reception, assisting with bookings, and ensuring a seamless spa journey from arrival to departure. Working with exclusive cosmetic brands, you will be trained to meet 5-star service standards and create a memorable experience for every guest.

• →Perform massages and spa treatments according to the spa menu and 5* standards.
• →Assist at the spa reception: welcome guests, provide information about treatments, and handle bookings.
• →Ensure guest safety, comfort, and privacy at all times.
• →Maintain polite, professional, and warm communication with guests.
• →Actively promote and upsell spa services, packages, and exclusive cosmetic products.
• →Keep the spa environment clean, tidy, and aligned with hygiene standards.
• →Participate in regular trainings and team meetings.
• →Wear the assigned uniform neatly and with a name badge at all times.
• →Contribute to monthly inventory counts and stock control.
• →Follow emergency and evacuation procedures.
• →Perform additional duties as instructed by the Spa Manager to support business goals.

• Previous experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality is an advantage, but not required – full training will be provided.
• Certification in massage therapy or beauty treatments is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good command of English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Professional, responsible, and customer-oriented.
