Locum Orthopaedic Surgeon (Shoulder & Elbow)

Northwest Permanente is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopaedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery for a locum opportunity in Portland, Oregon. This position is focused primarily on shoulder and elbow care, with participation in general orthopaedic call coverage as needed. You'll join a collaborative team of more than 33 orthopaedic surgeons and 20 affiliated clinicians within a well-established, highly integrated orthopedic program. Our team emphasizes evidence-based care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and operational efficiency supported by robust clinical resources and modern facilities.

• A broad spectrum of complex shoulder and elbow cases

• Collaboration with experienced orthopaedic subspecialists and multidisciplinary teams

• Access to state-of-the-art surgical facilities, including expanded operating room capacity at Sunnyside Medical Center

• Fully integrated electronic medical record system and established clinical care pathways

• Dedicated ancillary support and care coordination resources

• Participation in a highly collaborative physician-led practice environment

• Access to an internal arthoplasty registry and quality improvement initiatives

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery

• Fellowship training in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery

• Ability to obtain an Oregon and Washington medical license and DEA registration, if not currently held
