Product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for one or more proprietary platforms (primarily the PLS TMS)
Definition of product scope, features, workflows, and success metrics
Continuous improvement of systems used daily by Sales, Ops, Pricing, Carrier Management, and Leadership
Clear articulation of why we are building something — not just what

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to understand workflows and pain points
Evaluate build vs buy and integration decisions

Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
Own backlog prioritization and delivery trade-offs
Partner closely with Engineering and IT teams

Act as primary product point of contact
Align cross-functional teams around priorities
Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes

Define success metrics and KPIs
Drive continuous improvement through data and feedback

Requirements
