Sales Recruiter

The Sales Recruiter is responsible for attracting and hiring entry-level sales candidates across the PLS network. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, while learning key recruiting skills to help advance your career.   

• →Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
• →Coordinate and schedule interviews with prospective applicants
• →Represent PLS professionally over the phone, in the office, and out at college networking events
• →Track and document all efforts in applicant tracking systems
• →Assist with new hire orientation process including new hire paperwork
• →Identify personnel needs, job specifications, qualifications, and skills
• →Review applications to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about organization and position
• →Screen and refer candidates for additional interview with others in organization
• →Utilize all recruiting and sourcing platforms available for candidate activity
• →Provide information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years of recruiting strongly preferred
• Comfort level in a growth- and goal-oriented environment
• Sense of urgency and bias for action
• Strong ability to articulate verbally and present professionally
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
